This Privacy Policy does not extend to the websites of any third parties. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third parties.

    1. We may disclose aggregated information about our users and information that does not identify any individual without restriction.
    2. We do disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy to third parties, as set forth in Clause 7 above.  
    3. When we process your order we may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
    4. We may release information when it’s appropriate to comply with the law or enforce our site policies.
  1. HOW WE STORE AND PROTECT USER INFORMATION.
    1. Company securely stores your data and has implemented security measures designed to protect your visit to the Website. These include, but are not limited to:

    2. We will keep your data for as long as you remain an active member of our website. Other than posts shared in our community forums, we will delete User Content and other data after one year of inactivity. If you prefer we delete your community content, please follow the procedures set for in Clause 13 below. Please not that in all cases, we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or as required by law.

While Company generally falls below the thresholds to be subject to these laws, we nevertheless provide the information below in the interests of providing transparency.

The right is subject to certain exceptions. We are the data controllers as we are collecting and using your Personal Data.     3. The Right to Rectification: You have the right to have your data corrected and amended if what is held is incorrect in some way. You can request that we correct any information that you believe is inaccurate or request that we complete information that you believe is incomplete.
    4. The Right to Restrict Processing: This gives you the right to ask for a temporary halt to processing of personal data, such as in the case where a dispute or legal case has to be concluded, or the data is being corrected.
    5. The Right of Portability: you have the right to ask for any data supplied directly to the Data Controller by you, to be provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We may charge a small fee for this service or for any copies requested.

Once we receive your email, we may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask you for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.

13. DATA POSTED ON FORUMS. Goodjelly users may have the ability to post content to one or more Goodjelly forums, such as chat rooms and bulletin boards. You should be aware that when you voluntarily disclose personal information in any forum, that information can be collected and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages from other people. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these instances. You may request for removal of such posted content by contacting us at [email protected] and specifically identify the content to be removed.  Please be advised that any such removal does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of all traces of the content posted on the Goodjelly forums.

14. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified on the first page of the Privacy Policy. We reserve to update this policy and if we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information we will notify you by email. You are responsible for periodically visiting our Website and Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
